How to Apply:  Sambalpur University Admission forms invite admission forms from eligible and interested candidates. Candidates who have passed the examination of the 12 boards and are seeking to pursue higher studies must fill up the application forms. The mode of application is online. Both regular and distance mode of education is run simultaneously providing opportunities of education to students from all over.
 Candidates are asked to submit the application online. Later they have to take the hard copy of the application and then submit it to the counter of the University assigned for admission related work. No offline mode of application will be accepted unless there is any severe case of emergency. The payment of the application with a fee of about 500/- should be submitted online. The SBI-I collect facility is being introduced in favour of the university.
Applicants are asked to click on the Apply Now section and then look for the best registration mode. No application can be filled without the registration. Read the instructions carefully before the form fill up. The e-application system brings forth the latest trend of education in the university. Sambalpur University welcomes the online admission process allowing candidates to choose the subject of their own discipline.
The procedure for filling up the admission form and then downloading the admit cards for the entrance test n various courses. Go to the new registration link and then fill up all the documents based on the details of the candidates. The application fees will be deposited through the State Bank and the soft copy should be brought along during the admission.
First register and then start the procedure. Click on the link to download the notification. Maximum dimension of the photograph is uploaded with the form. Application process starts after the registration gets completed. The University accepts the form just after the submission of the application. Candidates must submit Xerox copies of the mark sheets and the reports with equivalent percentage for the classes 10, 12 for UG courses and 10, 12, graduation and above for the other courses.
ST/SC/OBC/PH candidates must submit their original document and caste certificate for verification at the admission desk. Xerox of each should also be submitted on the day of the admission. Admit card for the Entrance test will be available from the university website. The last date of the submission will be available through the online admission website portal with other details currently. The fees application can be submitted only after reading the application regulations only.

Once the required data is being filled you can submit the data and then carefully examine the charges made. The desired payment mode guides completely especially those who are applying for the first time. Thus check and then proceed.
