One of the easiest dessert recipes to make in a pressure
cooker or microwave and who doesn't like chocolate! Check this delicious and
easy to make sweet dream chocolate fudge recipe at my food network (dedicated
to someone special).
Let us now check out the ingredients briefly:
- 400 grams sugar
- 400 grams milk powder
- 250 grams unsalted butter
- 350 grams semi sweet chocolate bits
- 100 grams marshmallows (that’s a special form of species)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 100 grams walnut and almonds chopped
Preparation procedure
- In a 2 litre glass bowl, you need to combine sugar along with milk powder and of course butter. Use pressure cooker or microwave for 15-18 minutes strictly according to the watch. All you need to do is to stir and pause after every 5 minutes. This will truly help your Choco fudge taste up to your expectation.
- A few drops of the resultant mixture when added to the cold water definitely will form a soft ball. Then eventually mix in chocolate and marshmallows.
- Then blend in with it the vanilla essence and the chopped walnuts. You can use a greased tray especially with butter.
- After few moments when it will start cooling down and then cut into squares.
Few important notes
Cooking time: 15-18 minutes
The cooking temperature should be fixed accordingly
- Pressure cooker: accordingly to the cook
- Micro oven: 200 degrees C
